This product is a square-bottom PP woven valve bag, an industrial packaging bag specially developed for building dry powder materials.
Equipped with a standard internal valve automatic sealing structure, it can seal automatically after material filling, compatible with automatic filling equipment and greatly improving packaging efficiency.
It supports two mainstream printing processes: flexographic printing and gravure printing.
Flexible lamination options are available, including non-lamination, PE film lamination, non-woven lamination and BOPP film lamination, adapting to different usage scenarios such as moisture-proof, dust-proof and wear-resistant needs.
Three valve types are optional: internal valve, ultrasonic valve and external valve.
Supporting personalized customization with custom customer LOGO and graphic printing, it is designed for conventional 20kg and 25kg dry powder packaging, and supports non-standard full-size customization.
It is widely used for packaging various building dry powder products such as tile adhesive, wall putty and plaster coating.
