According to the customer’s requirements, patterns and text are designed, and then offset printing plates are produced through plate making equipment. Compared with some printing processes such as gravure printing, offset printing has relatively lower plate-making and printing costs, making it more cost-effective for small and medium-sized batch woven bag printing orders.
It is woven from polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) flat filaments, featuring high tensile strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions. It can bear the weight of relatively heavy goods (typically with a load range of 10-50kg), and is punctured and tearresistant, making it suitable for handling and transportation.
Although the woven structure has air holes, after being treated with a coating (covering with a layer of PE film), it can effectively block moisture, dampness and dust, protecting the internal goods such as grains and chemical raw materials from getting damp and contaminated.
The square bottom design makes it flat at the bottom. After filling with goods, it can stand independently. Whether stacked in the warehouse or placed in the transport vehicle, it is more stable, space-saving and less likely to tip over.(
